We’re seeking a GenAI Specialist / Developer with strong Java proficiency, full-stack development skills, and a passion for low-code/no-code solutions. Responsibilities

Java-Centric Development: Build and maintain full-stack solutions with a strong backend focus in Java (Spring Boot or similar), integrating with GenAI technologies and APIs.
Generative AI Solutions: Design, implement, and optimize AI-enabled applications using tools such as OpenAI, Claude, and related ecosystems.
Low-Code/No-Code Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and enhance solutions on low-code/no-code platforms.
API Development & Integration: Develop and optimize APIs to connect third-party applications into our GenAI ecosystem.
Innovation & Problem Solving: Approach challenges creatively, delivering tailored solutions for diverse client needs.
Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends in GenAI, Java frameworks, and full-stack development; contribute to refining internal tools and methodologies.

Skills Required

Proven experience as a full-stack developer with strong Java proficiency (Spring Boot or similar).
Hands-on experience developing GenAI-powered applications and working with LLM technologies.
Proficiency in API design, development, and integration.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms.
Exposure to GenAI tools and ecosystems (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, n8n, LangChain).
Strong problem-solving ability, both independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with microservices architecture and Java deployment patterns.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI application deployment.
Familiarity with LangChain, Haystack, or vector databases for RAG (retrieval-augmented generation).
Background in AI product testing, governance, or model observability.
Contributions to open-source GenAI projects or internal AI tooling.
